In front of the mirror, I took a glance,
But what stared back, made my heart dance.
The reflection I saw, it didn’t feel right,
A stranger was looking, not me in sight.

I knew I had gotten bad, that much was clear,
Lost in the darkness, overshadowed by fear.
But deep down inside, a flicker remained,
A spark of resilience that couldn’t be tamed.

The journey gets tough, and life takes its toll,
But within us all, there’s a flame in our soul.
Hold onto that fire, let it burn bright,
For it’s in the darkest moments, it leads us to light.

Don’t let the reflection define who you are,
For you are more than the lines and the scars.
You’re a warrior, brave and strong,
Capable of withstanding whatever goes wrong.

It’s time to pick up the pieces, start anew,
Find the strength within to carry you through.
Embrace the unknown, take a leap, don’t fear,
With every step forward, you’re getting near.

Remember, my friend, this journey is yours,
Embrace the imperfections, unlock new doors.
The person in the mirror, they may change,
But the essence of you, it will always remain.

So smile at the stranger, the person you see,
For they hold the potential of who you can be.
The journey is challenging, but you’re not alone,
Together, we’ll navigate the unknown.

When you look in the mirror, don’t doubt what you see,
Believe in your strength, for endless it’ll be.
You’re a unique soul, with a story untold,
And I know, my friend, you’ll conquer it bold.

So don’t lose hope, don’t give up, not today,
You’re on an incredible path, come what may.
