In a world where hurts do roam,
You carry them with you, no matter how far you go.
Find peace within, fix yourself anew,
Heal your heart, let happiness ensue.

Clear your thoughts, release those feelings,
Focus on joy, in each day’s dealings.
Chip away slowly, at what brings you pain,
Little by little, you’ll break its chain.

Weighty sadness can keep you still,
Making it harder to move on, it will.
But fear not, for hope is your guide,
With friends, love, you’ll cast sadness aside.

You possess the strength to release and grow,
To let go of burdens, to let your spirit flow.
Embrace the journey, at your own pace,
Day by day, find solace and grace.

With hope, friends, and love in view,
You have all you need to bid sorrow adieu.
So, heal your heart, let your soul be free,
Embrace and let go, and find the best in thee.

Hope you liked the poem.
