I create as I speak.

Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmations for today :

I am worthy of taking care of my physical body and its needs.

I am worthy of experiencing peace and harmony in my relationships.

I am worthy of being treated with respect and kindness by others.

I am worthy of attracting opportunities that align with my passions and purpose.

I am worthy of experiencing growth and personal development.

Have a great day ahead.

  2. Yes we are worthy. Where did the worthiness come from?

    1. The worthiness that we possess comes from within ourselves. It is not something that is bestowed upon us by external factors or validation from others. Our worthiness comes from our inherent value as human beings, from the unique qualities, talents, and potential that each of us possesses. It is a reflection of our individuality, our experiences, and our capacity for growth and contribution. We are worthy simply because we exist, because we have the ability to make a positive impact in the world, and because we deserve love, respect, and happiness. Our worthiness is not dependent on external achievements, material possessions, or societal standards. It is an intrinsic part of who we are, and it is up to us to recognize and embrace it fully.
