Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

Yes Suzette, it is very important. Many times people ask me including family if my affirmations have brought about any change in my life. Most times my answer is NO or they are not convinced when I show them results. But I keep on doing these affirmations because I know they are breaking through all the clutter in my heart and soul and once it does, everything will fall into place.
